I am a Licensed Psychologist and Certified Professional Coach. I have worked with individuals and couples, in their personal and work lives, and in relation to their families, for over twenty years. One of the biggest advantages to consulting with a psychologist-coach is that while our work is goal-directed and focused, it is also sensitive to your individual needs and values at a deep level. As a result, the work you do is more likely to fit in with other parts of your life and lead to lasting effects. Because of the variety of my experience in coaching as well as therapy, I am able to help you decide which path is best for you. And, in working to achieve your objectives, I can offer a variety of psychological and other techniques to assist you in moving toward your goals.
